A Taste of TEL HI 2026 honored "those who serve with heart" while celebrating TEL HI’s vibrant history and raising funds for important programs for children and seniors. This year, TEL HI proudly recognized David Lazar, Former Assistant Chief of the San Francisco Police Department, as the recipient of the Elizabeth Ashe-Alice Griffith Award.
Guests enjoyed an elegant cocktail reception featuring live entertainment, gourmet cuisine, world-class wines, and signature cocktails. The evening featured a decadent meal paired with exquisite wines from Napa and Sonoma counties, as well as participation in one of the city’s most coveted live and silent auctions.
Among the distinguished guests invited were Senator Scott Wiener, District 3 Supervisor Danny Sauter, District 6 Supervisor Matt Dorsey, and San Francisco City Attorney David Chiu.
