TEL HI’s adult programs serve to counteract the stresses of everyday life. High-quality, low-cost classes help keep you feeling healthy and connected. Over 140 adults participate regularly, and similar to other age groups at TEL HI, the adults come from a wide range of ethnic groups and cultures. The current class schedule includes Tai Chi, yoga, and healthy aging workshops.
