About TEL HI's Elementary School Academy (ESA)
At TEL HI, we are committed to providing your child with a fun, engaging, and memorable after-school experience while supporting their academic, social, and emotional growth. Our experienced teaching staff are equipped to assist students in Math, Science, English, History, and Art, and are fluent in Cantonese and Spanish. Through a balance of academic support and enriching activities, we create opportunities for children to learn, explore, and build confidence beyond the traditional classroom setting.
TEL HI’s Mission Bay Elementary School Academy (ESA) curriculum includes a strong emphasis on STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math), encouraging hands-on learning that is both educational and enjoyable. Students also participate in a variety of exciting enrichment classes, recreation activities, and special programs designed to spark curiosity, creativity, and a lifelong love of learning.

Open to kids entering TK through 6th grade attending Mission Bay School
First Day of Program: Monday, August 17, 2026
Program Hours:
- Monday/Tuesday/Thursday/Friday: 2:05 PM - 6:00 PM
- Wednesday: 12:05 PM - 6:00 PM
Program Cost: $600/month (financial aid available based on eligibility)

- Financial Assistance: If you require financial aid, please email your most recent tax return to alo@telhi.org (the first page of your 1040 form or redacted SSNs are acceptable) within 3 days of submitting your request.

We will email you a personalized enrollment application for your family. - STEP 3: Pay Your Deposit and Set Up Tuition Auto Pay (TAP)
A $150 deposit is required, and payment information must be set up. Tuition will be automatically charged to your selected payment method on the 1st of each month. Learn more. - STEP 4: You're Ready to Start!
Once all enrollment requirements have been completed, you will be officially enrolled and ready to begin on the first day of school!
