Nestor has been involved with Telegraph Hill Neighborhood Center since 2002, first as a volunteer, then as a board member, and since 2009 as a staff administrator. He has been a San Francisco resident for almost 40 years and earned his bachelor of science degree from San Francisco State University and his master’s degree in business administration (MBA) from the University of San Francisco.
Nestor is an adjunct professor at the University of San Francisco, a public speaker on various business topics, and a youth basketball coach. He is actively involved with various public service organizations as a member, board member, and volunteer.

Koletti Leha started at TEL HI in April 2019. Koletti has a Bachelors in Communication Studies from San Francisco State University. She previously worked for the City of Redwood City for over 5 years overseeing Red Morton Youth Center, Schaberg After School Program, City of Redwood City Youth and Teen Advisory Board, Kids Nights Out, and Spring and Summer Camp. Her experience is with youth, but she has found a new passion for aging and older adults who are underrepresented. She enjoys working with the community as a whole to provide more for everyone of any age.

Ruchira has been with TEL HI since 2007. She holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce and a master’s degree in business administration/finance. She passed the CPA exams in February of 2016. Ruchira did volunteer work in India before relocating to the United States. She enjoys contributing her financial skills to an organization that makes a difference in people’s lives.

Lorraine Orlandi joined the Telegraph Hill Neighborhood Center in July 2018 to become director of Beacon programs at Francisco Middle School. Before that, she spent seven years as the Community School Coordinator at Paul Revere K-8 in San Francisco, where she built a strong network of community partners. In 2018 the San Francisco Recreation and Parks Department awarded her a “Keeping the Dream Alive Award” for her work creating after-school partnerships.
Previously, Lorraine worked for two decades as a journalist in the United States and Latin America, spending 14 years in Mexico, Nicaragua, and Guatemala, and she taught journalism at the University of Missouri. Her daughter was born in Mexico and attends San Francisco public schools. Lorraine believes in the power of community-based organizations to make education accessible, meaningful and transformative for all students.

Josh Feierstein re-joined TEL HI in 2018 in the role of Director of Programs, working with the Elementary School Academy (ESA), Galileo After School Program (Futurama), North Beach Place Programs, and Senior programs happening on-site at TEL HI. Previously, Josh had worked with TEL Hi from 2010 – 2012 managing the Beacon After School Program. In the 6 years before coming back to TEL HI, Josh oversaw Physical Education classes for the City of Redwood City’s public elementary schools between 2012 – 2018.Josh was born and raised in San Francisco and attended public schools all the way up until graduating with Honors and a BA in Sociology from San Francisco State University. Josh played baseball and basketball in college, coached both sports at the high school level, and is always open to talking sports with anyone. His favorite teams are the Warriors, Giants, 49ers, and Sharks! -

Connie graduated from San Francisco State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Family Consumer Science with a concentration in Child Development. She received her Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Phoenix with a concentration in International Business. Connie also completed the UCLA Johnson & Johnson Management Fellowship Program. Connie has extensive work experience in early childhood education. Connie came to TEL HI in 2014 with over 18 years of experience in Early Childhood Education. She held many different positions including working as a teacher, site supervisor, center director, interim Operations Manager at the City College of San Francisco Child Development Centers and San Francisco State University Head Start Program. Connie’s passion and area of expertise lies in working with children and families of diverse economic, cultural, social and linguistic backgrounds. Connie is trilingual; she speaks English, Cantonese and Vietnamese.

Michael was born and raised in San Francisco and attended SFUSD schools until going to college at San Jose State University. He started at TEL HI in the spring of 2017 as a Program Leader and is the current program manager of our Elementary School Academy (ESA) summer program for elementary-aged kids. He hopes to guide and inspire the next generation of students to be successful in both academics and life. During his time off, Michael enjoys playing basketball, going to sports events and concerts, and traveling the world.

Jimmy started at TEL HI in the spring of 2017 as a Program Leader. Before this, Jimmy realized his dream by cooking in a Michelin starred kitchen after graduating from University of California, Berkeley. His experience includes instructing music at a high school in Vallejo, being part of a sociological research team at UCB, and cooking a lot. He hopes that working with Francisco Middle School and the TEL HI community will help him support the positive growth of our youth and one day improve the landscape for youth development professionals.
