Nonprofit organizations can be a great place to build career! Besides the obvious reward of making community or world a better place, many nonprofits offer great opportunities for individuals who are looking to serve a greater purpose.

At TEL HI Neighborhood Center (TEL HI) staff can now receive help with educational related expenses through a new education scholarshipThe TEL HI Education Assistance Scholarship was established by TEL HI supporters to help give employees the opportunity to advance their education or pursue a degree that’s related to their current or future position at TEL HI!

On September 26, 2019 TEL HI presented the first scholarship award to Vivian Wong, who was selected from a group of applicants. Vivian is pursuing a master’s degree in School Counseling with a Pupil Personnel Service credential. Vivian has been an employee at TEL HI for more than 8 years and currently works with TEL HI’s Elementary After School Program as a program leader.
