Why Kids Need to Spend Time In Nature

This past year has been challenging for us all, having to stay at home and mostly indoors, having to adjust to visiting with family and friends via zoom, and having to be very creative in planning activities for our children.
As we head into Spring and are able to be outside more (safely, with masks, of course), we encourage you to spend time with your children in nature. Here at TEL HI, outdoor play is built into our curriculum. We understand the importance of getting children outside, moving their bodies, and interacting with the natural world around them.
