Fady first joined TEL HI’s Board in 2009 and served two consecutive terms before taking a break. He later returned to continue his service. A veteran of the banking industry, Fady is a Business Banking Relationship Manager and Vice President at U.S. Bank. Through his advocacy, U.S. Bank has become a long-term sponsor of TEL HI, supporting numerous events including A Taste of TEL HI. He is actively involved in the North Beach community, dedicating his time to numerous local causes and organizations.

“It’s an incredible honor to step into the role of Board President for TEL HI—a nonprofit that has stood as a beacon of hope for the past 135 years to the community and the city I’ve lived and worked in for over 25 years,” said Fady Zoubi, TEL HI Board President.

“The legacy TEL HI has built is one I deeply respect, and I’m energized by the opportunity to help carry it forward. The past is our heritage, the present is our opportunity, and the future is our commitment. I look forward to working alongside TEL HI’s dedicated staff and board members to ensure that this legacy not only endures but grows stronger for the generations to come.”

Vice President Tim Keefe, CEO, Transform-CX Inc.
Involved with TEL HI since 2012

Tim Keefe, CEO of Transform-CX and an active TEL HI Board Member, has supported TEL HI’s initiatives for more than a decade. Transform-CX served as the presenting sponsor of a Taste of TEL HI 2025, and Tim’s other company, SDSS Global, is already confirmed as the presenting sponsor for the 2026 event. “It’s a privilege to be part of [TEL HI’s] mission, which touches lives at every stage—from nurturing young minds in early childhood education programs to enhancing quality of life through senior wellness initiatives,” said Tim.

Treasurer Lisa Stanton, Chief Revenue Officer, Risilience
Involved with TEL HI since 2022

Lisa Stanton brings a strong background in finance and a deep personal connection to TEL HI to her new role as treasurer. A longtime supporter, Lisa’s daughter attended TEL HI’s programs, and Lisa herself volunteered in the Elementary School Academy (ESA) program. She remains active in the broader community and currently works as Chief Revenue Officer at Resilience.

Secretary Lynn Jefferson, Neighborhood Advocate
Involved with TEL HI since 2010

Lynn Jefferson has remained dedicated to TEL HI for many years. Her initial involvement began in 2010 when she first served as a board member. After taking a few years off, she rejoined the board in 2019. Throughout her tenure, Lynn has held each leadership role, previously serving as president, vice president, treasurer, and now secretary. Lynn is a passionate community advocate, regularly volunteering her time to various causes in and around North Beach.

As we welcome our new leadership, we also extend our heartfelt thanks to longtime board member Michele Imfeld Wessling, who is terming out after many years of service.

Michele joined the board in 2016, bringing her extensive marketing expertise and passion for community engagement. As the Marketing Director at the Jewish Community Center of San Francisco, Michele’s advocacy was sparked by her children’s involvement in TEL HI’s programs. Her contributions have left a lasting impact on the organization.

Please join us in celebrating our new officers and in recognizing Michele for her dedication and service to TEL HI and the broader community.
