Transform-CX and TEL HI: Fueling Local Leadership, Deepening Community Roots
May 28, 2025
As presenting sponsor for two consecutive years, Transform-CX was honored to support a Taste of TEL HI 2025, celebrating 135 years of unwavering service, inclusion, and intergenerational impact in San Francisco.
Held at The Conservatory at One Sansome on May 10, this signature gala brought together civic leaders, nonprofit champions, and dedicated community allies. Over $350,000 was raised—funds that will directly support programs for over 1,500 children, families, and seniors who rely on TEL HI every day.
But beyond the celebration lies a deeper story: one of corporate citizenship, shared purpose, and an unshakable belief in grassroots leadership.
Why We Show Up: Corporate Citizenship as a Core Value
For Transform-CX, supporting TEL HI isn’t just about annual sponsorships or public visibility. It’s about showing up consistently—for the people, the place, and the possibility of a better future.
Tim Keefe, CEO of Transform-CX and a returning member of TEL HI’s Board of Directors, often describes the company’s work as helping organizations around the world stop doing what no longer serves them. But in his view, TEL HI embodies something far more essential: doing the smart, meaningful things that help people—in real time, and right here at home.
His message reflects Transform-CX’s deeper purpose: practical leadership rooted in empathy, clarity, and measurable community impact.
Community as Strategy, Not Charity
Tim sees TEL HI as far more than a neighborhood nonprofit. He describes it as a “multi-generational life marker”—a trusted place where children are nurtured, seniors are seen and heard, and working families find stability and support.
To him, the true strength of any community lies in how it lifts up its most vulnerable members. That belief aligns closely with Transform-CX’s mission: to drive real, systemic change not just globally, but hyper-locally—starting with the people who need it most.
This isn’t philanthropy as performance. It’s strategy is powered by shared values and a long-term view of equity, inclusion, and transformation.
From Boardroom to Ballroom: Leadership with Purpose
Tim’s return to the TEL HI board after a four-year hiatus wasn’t just personal—it was purposeful. A resident of San Francisco’s Outer Sunset, he’s deeply attuned to both the promise and the pain of the city he calls home.
He often shares how San Francisco is still one of the most admired cities in the world, full of unmatched energy and innovation. But sustaining that promise, he believes, requires relentless investment in community and consistent leadership that meets people where they are.
Tim called on gala attendees to give what they could—whether time, money, or expertise—and even invited people to consider joining the board. To him, leadership means action. It means putting in the work, behind the scenes, day after day.
Looking Ahead: Building a Stronger San Francisco, Together
As the evening concluded, one truth stood tall: real impact doesn’t happen in silos. It’s built in partnership—between nonprofits, business leaders, government officials, and neighbors who believe in each other.
Transform-CX is proud to stand with TEL HI not just as a sponsor, but as a trusted partner in building a more connected, resilient San Francisco. Together, we are investing in people, not just programs.
And this commitment runs deep. Tim brings in his team from across the United States—and even from as far as Manila, Philippines—to be part of a Taste of TEL HI and support its year-round efforts. That’s not just presence. That’s partnership. It’s a reflection of shared values, global solidarity, and a sincere desire to make a difference—locally and beyond.
Because when we stand with TEL HI, we’re not just sponsoring a night—we’re showing up for generations.
