TEL HI wants all seniors to feel healthy and vibrant, connected and mentally sharp. So our Senior Program provides hot lunches, group exercise classes, and intellectual stimulation. And that’s just for starters. Add in the weekly line dancing, tai chi, special workshops, monthly blood pressure screenings, and a computer lab—yes, now you’re talking.
Please come in and visit! The Senior Program operates Monday through Friday from 9:30 am–1:30 pm with frequently offered classes and special workshops.
