For banquets, parties, and gatherings that you might describe as large without being gigantic, we have the Ruby Gim-Denise McCarthy Room. This flexible rental space features a reception room with comfy lounge chairs, a small kitchen, a piano, and plenty of natural light (not available at nighttime). You’ll have a total of 1,724 square feet to work with, including the main dining room, reception room, and kitchen.

How much?
$100 per hour. All-day rates available.
When is it available?
Weekday evenings after 6:00 pm. Weekends from 7:00 am–10:00 pm.
What are the individual room dimensions?
Main dining room is 44’x28’. The reception room is 16’x21’ and the kitchen is 13’x12’.
Make use of a full kitchen and appliances.
Does it come with any equipment?
Yes. We provide long tables, chairs, and a piano. The kitchen comes with a refrigerator, stove, and sink.
Is it wheelchair accessible?
Absolutely. Use our 660 Lombard Street entrance.
