iStart Smart: Free Fun Healthy Living Program for Kids Ages 7-12 Years Old

iStart Smart is fun healthy living program hosted by NEMS! Classes are held every Saturday for eight weeks and include:
• Lessons on diet, exercise, and coping skills
• Full sports and fitness class
• Parent workshop and support
• Guided family field trips
• Medical visits to track progress
(for those who qualify)
Fall 2017 classes start Saturday, Sept. 30 and go until Saturday, Dec. 16 (there will be no classes on Nov. 18 & Nov. 25 for Thanksgiving break). Classes will be from 10 am – 1 pm.
Class are for parents and children ages 7-12 years old who would like to learn more about living a healthy life style! Workshops will be hosted at TEL HI’s gym on 555 Chestnut Street and at NEMS Stockton Clinic on 1520 Stockton Street, San Francisco, CA 94133.
